What stops people from having the life they want?
Comfort.
            In a world of Amazon, McDonalds, Netflix, Uber and Tinder, nobody wants to do things the hard way.
              Nobody’s willing to give up comfort now for greatness later. Everything in life has to be cheap, fast and easy.
         Cheap, fast, easy.
Nothing worth having comes easy.
Nothing worth having comes fast.
Nothing worth having comes cheap.
If you’re not willing to walk, you’ll never run a marathon.
If you’re not willing to write, you’ll never publish a book.
If you’re not willing to sit on the floor, you’ll never have an office.
If you’re not willing to cook, you’ll never eat healthily.
If you’re not willing to get up, you’ll never make your dreams a reality.
If you’re not willing to go to the gym, you’ll never be fit.
If you’re not willing to turn off the TV, you’ll never read.
If you’re not willing to go on an actual date, you’ll never find love.
If you’re not willing to press publish, you’ll never know if you’re any good.
If you’re not willing to show yourself on camera, you’ll never become a Youtuber.
If you’re not willing to wear old shoes, you’ll never have new ones.
If you’re not willing to practice the piano, you’ll never give a concert.
If you’re not willing to save money, you’ll never have peace of mind.
If you’re not willing to travel, you’ll never go places.
If you’re not willing to invest, you’ll never be rich.
If you’re not willing to work, you’ll never make money the way you want to.

What can i do for 10 minutes every day it will change ma life?
10 minutes ah!!
No no..it would take just few seconds of your precious time. I learnt it while doing a course conducted by Art of living foundation.
Everyday when you get up in the morning, just walk upto the mirror, smile at yourself and say with that hand gesture “ wow!! Kadavulin aruputhamana(ahlaghana) padaipu naan.”
English translation- wow!! What a piece have you(God) made.
Though it may sound stupid for now but it will give a very positive start to your day.
Repeat the same before going to bed or everytime you look into the mirror.
You will feel awesome atleast for those few seconds..

What are the top bad habits to stop immediately ..!

1.Avoid using your phones/i pads/laptops before bed. The blue light emitted by LED’s in the screen has a strong effect on melatonin suppression, thus keeping your brain awake by vandalizing your sleep.
Due to the lack of sleep, giag cells stops flushing out toxins in the body causing impact on one’s attention span, memory and problem solving skills. Brain cells and fat cells in body needs respite in order to function. But because of exiguous sleep, body doesn’t tend to respond to insulin provoking heart diseases, diabetes and obesity.
2. Stop watching TV while eating. Brain doesn’t concentrate on the food you eat, instead it will be busy in the programs you watch in TV. This results in over eating by causing variations in body weight and obesity.
3. Stop overspending on things which you don’t require. You can make a list of items to buy before heading to store/super market to avoid wasting money on peripheral things.
4. Sitting in front of screens which emits UV rays for hours does harm your skin, Start using sunscreen minimum of SPF30 to avoid such kind of UV radiations.
5. Stop smoking. If not for yourself, at least for your loved ones. Once you stop it, health benefits can be perceived immediately.
6. Stop reposing your body and start doing physical workouts which helps you to maintain your body weight, prevents high BP, cholesterol, boosts up your mood and energy.
7. Stop thinking about others. You can’t stop someone thinking about you either good or bad. Own your imagination and enjoy your individuality.
8. Don’t get attached to people. They’ll leave you any time, so Stop visualizing future with them, stop worrying about them. No one deserves to be ignored.
9. Stop shirking your health. You may be busy in your work postponing health issues but your health doesn't envisage it. Work will wait for your health but your health doesn’t.
Finally have gratitude towards your life, stop being afraid of being happy..
